Unfortunately the Region were not able to finalize their comments until Thursday and due to the postal strike these could not be delivered to us until Monday morning. I shall attempt to prepare a grief report on the proposed work program to be presented at the meating9 and hopefully tine final program can still be recommended to Council without further delay.
