REPORT ON PROPOSED SUBDIVISION

The municipality has refrained from co— ionting an this proposed
subdivision because it is currently involved in litigation with
the applicant in this case. I have been advised by the Ministry
of housing that the proposed subdivision has been turned down
for reasons not related to any input or lack of input from the
Town of Newcastle.
Therefore, I recommend that Council be advised that no further
action is required on this proposal.
