BOtivTOWN —SITE PLh11 AGREEMENT

The proposed Bowtown Site Plan Agreement has been sent out as a
separate document with this report (because it is on legal size
paper and will not fit into members binders). This agreement has
been drawn up in consultation with the Town's Director of Engineering
and the Manager of the Public Utilities Commission. Note that the
site plan itself (schedule 1.) has not been included in the copies
of the Agreement sent out to members. The site plan itself has not
been changed substantially from that approved in principle by the
Committee and it will be available for inspection at the meeting.
I am recommending approval of this draft agreement subject to any
revisions which may be deemed necessary by the Town's solicitor, and
that the draft agreement be referred to the solicitor for a report
directly to Council.
