LAVIIaNCE CRESCENT SITE PLAN AGREEMENT
The solicitor for the developer is currently drawing up a
site plan agreement for this condominium townhouse proposal
(one of the 4 already discussed in committee). He has been
instructed to base the agreement he is preparing on the one
already completed for the Bowtown project, The Lawrence
Crescent agreement should therefore be very similar to the
Bowtown agreement included with this report. If this
agreement is ready by Monday it will be presented at the
meeting, Otherwise, I would recommend that the matter be
tabled to the following meeting.
