LAWRENCE CRESCENT SITE PLAN AGREEMENT

Members of the Co!vmittee will find enclosed with this report
a copy of the proposed site plan agreement for the townhouse
project on Lawrence Crescent. Members will notice that this
agreement is essentially the same as that produced for the Bow-
town project, except for a few clauses which represent the diff-
erent locations and histories of the two projects.
This agreement is of a standard type which I hope will form a
suitable basis for all future townhousing site plan agreements.
I believe that this agreement provides all the necessary safe-
guards from the municipality's point of view and contains suffi-
cient flexibility in the approval of working drawings to enable
it to be implemented easily and quickly.
I recommend that this agreement be forwarded to CgCil for its
approval.
