CLARION hOLDINGS SITE PLAN
Members of the Committee should have reference to the reports
included in the July 22nd Agenda by Municipal Plaunin,; ConsvIt-
ants and myself on this project.
On reading these reports the applicant undertook to revise his
plan. He is also making a further revision to show a garbage
collection structure near the entrance to the site. Although
the present site plan does not entirely satisfy points (1) and
(7) of Municipal Planning Consultants recommendations, I consider
it to be satisfactory as revised, and am recommending it for
approval by the Committee.
