THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON
BY-LAW 2001-05 7
Being a By-law to authorize the acceptance of a transfer of Parts 4 and 12,
Reference Plan 40R-XXXX,being certain lands required for road widening
at Mill Street in Newcastle.
WHEREAS the Council of the Municipality of Clarington at its meeting of April 2, 2001 approved the
recommendations in Report WD-0$-01 respecting the transfer of lands for road widening, more particularly
described as Parts 4 and 12 on Plan 40R-XXXX;
NOW TBEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Clarington hereby enacts as
follows:
1. THAT the Municipality of Clarington is authorized to accept the transfer of the lands more
particularly described as Parts 4 and 12 on Plan 40R-XXXX.
BY-LAW read a first and second time this 2°d day of April 2001.
BY-LAW read a third time and finally passed this 14th day of May 2001.
