BY-LAW 2001- 055
Being a By-law to stop up and close as a public highway Parts 5,6 and 7 on
Plan 40R-)CM,John Street.
WHEREAS the Council of the Municipality of Clarington at its meeting of April 2, 2001 approved the
recommendations in Report WD-08-01;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Clarington hereby enacts as
follows:
1. THAT Parts 5, 6 and 7,Plan 40R-XXXX are hereby stopped up and closed as a public highway.
BY-LAW read a first and second time this 2°d day of April 2001.
BY-LAW read a third time and finally passed this 14th day of May 2001.
