THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON
BY-LAW 2001054
Being a By-law to declare Parts 5, 6 and 7 on Reference Plan 40R-XXXX
to be surplus.
WHEREAS the Council of the Municipality of Clarington at its meeting of April 2, 2001 approved the
recommendations in Report WD-08-01 respecting the declaration of lands more particularly described as
Parts 5,6 and 7 on Reference Plan 40R-XXXX as being surplus;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Clarington hereby enacts as
follows:
1. THAT the lands more particularly described as Parts 5, 6 and 7 on Reference Plan 40R-XXXX
are hereby declared surplus.
BY-LAW read a first and second time this 2nd day of April 2001.
BY-LAW read a third time and finally passed this Td day of April 2001.
