BY-LAW 2000- 73
Being a by-law to declare the portion of Hunt Street(Part 7, Plan
l OR2532)to be surplus and to exempt the requirement for an appraisal to
facilitate the exchange of lands between TSC Stores Limited and the
Municipality of Clarington from the provisions of By-law 95-22.
WHEREAS Council has adopted the recommendations contained in Report WD-25-00
recommending that this by-law be passed;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION
OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT Council declare the lands described as Hunt Street shown as Part 7, Plan
I OR2532, in Lot 11, Concession B.F., former Town of Bowmanville, less the
specified road widening to be dedicated to the Region of Durham,to be surplus
property.
2. THAT the requirements for an appraisal for the purpose of determining real market
value of the property known as Hunt Street,being Part 7 on Plan l OR2532 in Lot
11, Concession B.F., former Town of Bowmanville,be exempted from the
provisions of By-law 95-22.
By-law read a first and second time this 29th day of May 2000.
By-law read a third time and finally passed this 29th day of May 2000.
