SUBJECT: BY-LAW ENFORCEMENT MONTHLY REPORT
FOR FEBRUARY 1990
RECOMMENDATIONS:
It is respectfully recommended that the General Purpose and
Administration Committee recommend to Council the following:
1. THAT Report PD- 110-90 be received; and
REPORT:
1. 1 The attached chart indicates statistical information pertaining to
By-law Enforcement activities for the month of February and is
provided herein for the information of Committee and Council .
1.2 The By-law Enforcement Division has laid 19 charges before the
Court this month with Court dates scheduled for March 1990 .
1. 3 Snow removal calls for the month of February have been extensive.
Both By-law Enforcement Officers have responded within 24 hours and
notices for enforcement were issued to the offending parties. The
calls are handled as a routine investigation and are not entered
in our report log. According to our listings for the month 67
requests for enforcement were made.
