Welcome (5 minutes) 2. Approval of Minutes of July 18, 2013 meeting (Attachment) (5 minutes) 3. Business arising from Minutes (5 minutes) a. Consulting DIG in reviewing Clarington's Community Gardens Policy (Attachment) b. Clarifications on item re trails (Attachment) 4. Committee Task #2: 4.a. Discussion with guests on priority item #1: Promoting active and healthy modes of transportation including planning and implementing pedestrian and bicycle transportation links within and between communities and the ancillary services to make this feasible. Materials attached from guests on walking and cycling trails where available. Note detailed maps of Regional Cycling Plan will be available in paper form at the meeting.
