RECOMMENDATIONS:
It is respectfully recommended that the General Purpose and
Administration Committee recommend to Council the following:
1 . THAT Report PD-9-91 be received; and
2 . THAT Council concur with the decisions of the Committee of

1 . 1 The Committee of Adjustment heard applications on November 1 and
December 6 , 1990. The Committee dealt with a total of five (5)
applications during the two (2 ) meetings . Applications A 90/51 was
closed by the Committee at the request of the applicant. The
balance of the applications were all APPROVED as applied for.
1 . 2 Staff can not support the Committee of Adjustment decision on
applications A 90/65 and A90/66 . However, Staff do not feel the
decisions should be appealed to the Ontario municipal Board, given
the nature of the applications and the Staff time and legal fees
involved with a Board hearing.
