THAT Addendum to Report PD-232-92 be received; and 2 . THAT the recommendations contained in Report PD-232-92 be APPROVED subject to an amendment to Condition No. 17 that Block 48 be dedicated to the Town for Open Space purpose save and except for the easterly one-third portion of the block which could be retained by the owner only in the event the owner can obtain Central Lake Ontario conservation Authority approval within three (3) years from the date of approval by Town Council to use the said land for residential purposes. 1. BACKGROUND: At the General Purpose and Administration meeting held on November 16, 1992 , Report PD-232-92 was referred back to staff to amend the appropriate conditions of approval to reflect the request of the applicant not to deed the entire open space Block 48 to the Town. 2 . COMMENTS: 2 . 1 As a result of Council's direction, staff revised condition 17 which now reads as follows: 17 (a) "THAT Block 46, 47 be accepted gratuitously and that Block 46 (walkway) be paved and fenced to the satisfaction of the Director of Community Services" nuvIN, ADDENDUM TO REPORT NO. : PD-232-92 PAGE 2 17 (b) "THAT Block 48 be dedicated to the Town for Open Space purpose save and except for the easterly one- third portion of the block which could be retained by the owner only in the event the owner can obtain Central Lake Ontario Conservation Authority approval within three (3) years from the date of approval by Town Council to use the said land for residential purposes" . 2 . 2 Staff contacted the applicant with respect to the proposed change and he is in agreement.
