Jay Arteaga appeared in support of this application. No persons appeared in opposition to this application. Moved by Paul Allore, Seconded by Todd Taylor "TO approve an inground pool with a minimum setback of 1.2 metres from the Environmental Protection Zone, a maximum lot coverage of 45% and a minimum side yard setback of 0.6 metres for an existing deck, subject to the following conditions being fulfilled to the satisfaction of the Municipality at the expense of the owner: 1. A building permit be approved by the Building Department; 2. A pool enclosure permit be approved by the Building Department; and 3. A six (6) foot privacy structure be erected on the west side of the existing deck." Moved by James Vinson, Seconded by Todd Taylor "TO approve the construction of a swimming pool and a shed with minimum rear yard setbacks of 1.2 metres, subject to the following conditions: 1. A permit is obtained from the Central Lake Ontario Conservation Authority." "CARRIED" Adoption of the minutes from July 25, 2013.
