1. $500.00 Cheque from Clarington Municipality taken from Big Box account
for the CIP Refresh did not arrive. Upon further investigation with the
finance department it was found that they had sent it to the wrong P.O. Box.
I asked them put a stop payment on that cheque and they issued a new
cheque. Received that cheque on March 19t and was deposited the same
day. I cut a cheque to "Kevin Duguay" $500.00 and mailed it on March 19th.
2. Paid $25.00 bank service charge on our operating account & the GIG
account for year-end account confirmations requested by the auditors.
3. Deposited a cheque from "Municipality of Clarington" on April 10, 2012 for
$6000.00 our annual levy money.
4. Deposit $25.00 from Marg Zwart for Xmas wreath donation.
5. Cheque cut in April to "Donna Wood" $150.00 for website services from
January to March 2012.
6. Cheque cut in April to "Hydro One Networks" for annual hydro costs for the
lighting on the highway sign $579.00.
7. Paid $25.00 bank service charge on the Orono 175th account for year-end
account confirmations requested by the auditors.
I recommend that we close this account as it is not being used, there is
approx $200.00 in the account which is being eaten up by service charges of
approx. $50.00 a year. Recommend that we transfer these remaining funds
into the operating account and use it rather than lose it.

9. Cheque cut in April to "Village Bakeshop„ — reimbursement for BIA Bucks
$100.00
