Meeting called to order at 5:00 PM
Agenda was approved.
May 9te,2012 minutes approved
Canada Day celebrations will be combined with the New Pathway
ribbon cutting ceremony on Wenesday June 27, 2012, at 6:00 PM
Sharon will handle the arrangements this year. DBIA will donate $150.00
towards the festivities.
Sharon gave a report on the plans for next year's celebration of the
90'h anniversary of the Orono Park. It will include fireworks and a parade and
and a dance.
Donna Wood needs some help with the website and Jamie volountered to help
Lisa gave a report on the progress of the 5'Annual Antique &Art Show
The permits have not been forthcoming as yet,Everything else in in place.
Meeting was adjourned at 7:00 PM

2. Cheque cut to Apple Blossom Shop re: bereavement arrangement $36.90
3. Cheque cut to Victoria's Attic/Lisa Cowell re: gifts to new businesses in town
