Treasurer Report— Orono DBIA Meeting --November 14, 2012
1. Cheque cut to Donna Wood (Enovations Designs) for $256.01
Re: website updates for October, November, December 2012 &
Annual Web hosting for 2013.
2. Cheque cut to Victoria Holbrook (Victorian Attic) for $80.00
Re: Reimbursement for BIA Bucks.
3. Requested again, Transfer from GIC account to operating account for
$500.00
Re: To cover final repair costs for Orono highway sign.
Final cost was $339.00 bank has a minimum transfer amount of
$500.00. This was approved by the committee earlier in the year that all
repair costs for the Orono sign will be taken out of the GIC account.
4. The Finance Department at Municipality of Clarington requires our
annual request for levy money by November 30, 2012.
1 would recommend keeping it at the $6000.00 for this year.
5. All committees that have their own accounts please note that at the
end of the year the Finance departments independent auditors will ask
the bank for a statement on these accounts. There is a $25.00 service
charge from the bank that will be taken from your account so please
allow for this in your budgets.
