To permit the construction of a detached garage by increasing the maximum permitted total floor
area for accessory building from 90 square metres to 104 square metres.

"TO approve the application to permit the construction of an
accessory building (detached garage) by increasing the maximum
permitted total floor area for all accessory buildings from 90 square
metres to 104 square metres, subject to the condition that the
existing 29.7 square metre detached garage and the existing 8.7
square metre shed be removed from the property within 90 days of
the building permit for the proposed garage being issued, as it
meets the intent of the Official Plans and Zoning By-law, is minor in
nature and not detrimental to the neighbourhood."
