We entered into a contract for snow removal with Troy Foster for the 2011/2012
winter again this year as we did last year. We had to ensure that the snow
removal contractor was insured so our price is higher than previously.
The Canada Flag and Newcastle Village banners have come to the end of their 3-
year life so we will be purchasing new banners to be put up in the spring. Flower
baskets were purchased from Rekkers and were maintained by Troy Foster.
A Remembrance Day wreath was purchased and placed at the Cenotaph on behalf
of the BTA.
Cedar rope was purchased and installed on light posts by the Scouts as pail of the
Christmas decor. Shear Display continues to hold the contract for banner
