Wendy will make number signs for vote cans. She will bring to Flora to put
on cans.
Flora will set up table for washing near Aorta-pottys
Scott will contact John about tent set up for band etc.
Shelley to get lunch for band.
Irene to look after pie tables
Scott will contact Mark for store availability. For the silent auction.
Scott to pickup jumping castle.
