1. Call to order at 9:10 a.m.
2. Motion to approve June Minutes:

8, Treasurer's Report: Balance: $19,106.85
Motion to Approve Report: K.Bastas Seconded: J.Black CARRIED
4, COMMITTEE REPORTS:
Urban Planning: Baskets watered by Amos every other day.
Advertising: `Think Tank' articles will be in the Village Voice.
Special Events: June Event a success- Thanks to all the volunteers and
sponsors. Fall Festival is Oct. 2"d. Sponsors and volunteers are needed. The Santa
Parade was able to reconcile the financial discrepencies. A report is needed at the
next meeting. A committee has to be formed for the 2010 parade.
S. Chamber News: President, Dean Perrin is running for Ward 4 Councillor.
6. New Business: Think Tank has immediate plans to highlight a business of
the month in the Village Voice and have regular meetings. Next meeting is
July 18th, at 6:15 p.m. at Benjamin Moore to develop long term ideas.
7. BIA meetings: No August meeting. Sept.9th at 9:00 a.m. Oct.14t" at
6:15 p.m. Trial for evening meeting to see if attendance improves.
