1. Call to Order 10:00 am
2. Review of application for new Secretary/Treasurer position.
Applications to be received at Valentine's office by 4 pm 0' June.
Executive to decide at Executive meeting on 7"' June 9:00
3. Standing committee Reports
i) Advertising: Dwight Hickson regarding Father's day flyer ad.
ii) Lemonade Sale: Randy St. Denis overview from Joan's notes who was not
able to attend.
iii) Fall Festival: Discussion about location of extra signs and how road
closure is affecting the local businesses. Discussion about extra signage at
the end of the roads and where to place the antique cars.
4. Other Business
Village concerts
Motion to support the Concerts in the park again this year. Moved Brenda
Metcalf and seconded Jane Black
Tenders to go out for Christmas regarding light poles and new Christmas
decorations.
Discussion for letters to go out to all BIA members regarding the CIP and their
input. Members wanted to see the letter first before they can decide. Gord to
provide letter of CIP meetings.
r Gord said the Municipality was close to having a complete list of BIA members,
Motion for Adjournment. Moved McDonald seconded Bastas meeting ended
11:28am.
