Lovekin read minutes of last meeting & minutes of the Executive meeting held Jan. 98.07
Approval of minutes of last meeting Moved: Bastas Seconded:Hickson Passed
Approval of minutes of Executive meeting Moved: St. Denis Seconded: Black Passed
Standing Committee Reports: No reports this month
Bastas stated need for$200 deposit for Easter Event Moved: Black Seconded: Cameron

Correspondence: Lovekin read approval of slate of membership received from Clarington
New Business: Lovekin says membership boundaries of BIA are incomplete and there is no
clarification about business on a corner not being in BIA. Lovekin say the BIA will strive to
enlarge boundaries of BIA this year.
* Resolution of approval of CIP for Newcastle on Jan. 22107
Presentation by Isable Little on CIP. Brochure passed around and audio visual tape presented.
Question & answer period: Lovekin asked what the CIP scope entailed and how it would change.
