BY-LAW 97-232
being a by-law to change the name of
Dyke Place, Plan 40M-1691 to Bluehaven
Court and to repeal By-law 97-179
WHEREAS the owner of the properties on Dyke Place has requested
that the name of the public highway be changed;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY
OF CLARINGTON HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS :
1 . THAT the name of the public highway "Dyke Place" on
Plan 40M-1691, Municipality of Clarington, Regional
Municipality of Durham, shall be changed to "Bluehaven
Court . "
2 . THAT By-law 97-179 is hereby repealed.
By-law read a first and second time 27th day of October 1997
By-law read a third time and finally passed this 27th day of
October 1997
