Recommendations:
It is respectfully recommended that the General Purpose and
Administration Committee recommend to Council the following:
1. THAT Report PD- 139 -94 be received for information.
1. PUBLIC CONSULTATION REPORTS
To fully document Phase 3, Staff have completed two reports which
are being released under separate cover and they include:
• Public Consultation Report 4
Phase 2: Information Centres and Submissions
• Public Consultation Report 5
Phase 3: Public Meetings and Submissions (Volumes 1 and 2)
These reports can be acquired from the Planning Department at a
nominal cost. Complementary copies are being provided to all
branches of the Library and the Municipal Administrative Centre.
2. RECOMMENDED OFFICIAL PLAN
Staff are working on finalizing the Recommended Official Plan by
reviewing public and agency comments and revising the Draft
Official Plan where necessary. It is anticipated that a
Recommended Official Plan will be ready for release in the Spring
of 1995.

Staff will also be meeting with many submitters to discuss them - °`
