CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON
BY-LAW NUMBER 2004- 261
being a By-law to authorize the purchase agreement between the Corporation of the
Municipality of Clarington and Howard John Edmondson and Patricia Ann Edmondson,
in respect to the purchase of part of 120 Baseline Road, Bowmanville
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT, the Council of the Corporation of the
Municipality of Clarington enacts as follows:
1. That the Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute, on behalf of the
Corporation of the Municipality of Clarington, with the Corporate Seal, a purchase
agreement between Howard John Edmondson and Patricia Ann Edmondson and said
Corporation.
2. That Schedule 1 attached hereto shall form part of this By-law.
