THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON
BY-LAW 2004-259
Being a by-law to amend By-law 2001-125,
a by-law to appoint Department Heads
WHEREAS on June 25, 2001 By-law 2001-125 was passed
appointing heads of the Departments of the Municipality of
Clarington:
AND WHEREAS effective December 31, 2004, Michael Creighton
is retiring from the position of Director of Emergency
Services/Fire Chief
NOW THEREFORE BE IT ENACTED:
1. THAT By-law 2001-125 is hereby amended in Section 1.
by deleting the name "Michael Creighton" and replacing
it with the name "Gordon Weir"; and
2. THAT this by-law shall take effect January 1, 2005.
By-law read a first and second time this 13th day of
December 2004
By-law read a third time and finally passed this 13th day of
December 2004.
