Moved by Gord Lowery seconded by Laverne Boyd that we accept the
agenda as distributed.

Moved by John Witheridge seconded by Gard Lowery that: minutes of
March 16 be accepted.

FINANCIAL REPORT
The total retained earning as of ,l is $ [to be forwarded to die
secretary at a later date.
CORRESPONDENCE: none
BUSINESS ARISING: Elaine announced that Gail McKenzie will be the
newest Fair Board representative
There is a need for a walk about with the O.A.A.A. So they will inform the
Board when they want to do this and we will try to have members there.
