BY-LAW NUMBER 2004- 242
being a By-law to authorize the purchase agreement between the Corporation of the
Municipality of Clarington and Gary Robert Bermingham, in respect to the purchase of
149 Port Darlington Road, Part Lots 11 and 12, Block B, Plan H50073, described in
Instrument No, 0380385, former Town of Newcastle

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT, the Council of the Corporation of the
Municipality of Clarington enacts as follows:
1, That the Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute, on behalf of the
Corporation of the Municipality of Clarington, with the Corporate Seal, a purchase
agreement between Gary Robert Bermingham and said Corporation,
2, That the map attached hereto shall form part of this By-law,
