THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON
BY-LAW 2004- 139
Being a By-law to stop up and close as a public highway
and approve the conveyance of Part 5 on Reference Plan
40R-21260.
WHEREAS Council at its meeting of October 20, 2003 approved the
recommendations in Report EGD-40-03 to stop up and close and authorize
the conveyance of Part 5 on Plan 40R-21260;
AND WHEREAS Council passed By-law 2003 - 174 which declared Part
5 on Plan 40R-21260 to be surplus;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of
Clarington hereby enacts as follows:
L THAT Part 5, Plan 40R-21260 is hereby stopped up and closed as
a public highway and authorized to be conveyed to:
a) Blight, Wilfred
b) Blight, Kimberley
BY-LAW read a first and second time this 31st day of May, 2004.
BY-LAW read a third time and finally passed this 31st day of May, 2004.
