THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON
BY-LAW 2004- 132
Being a by-law to appoint individuals for
Parking Enforcement Officers for private property
WHEREAS Section 15(1) fo the Police Services Act R.S.O. 199 Chapter P 15,
aphorizes a Council of a Municipality to appoint one or more persons who shall
be peace officers for the purpose of enforcing the by-laws of the Municipality; and
WHEREAS it is desirable to appoint Brian Webster as a Parking Enforcement
Officer for the sole purpose of enforcing the Traffic Bay-law of the Municipality of
Clarington on the properties located at 83, 87 and 91 Aspen Springs Drive,
Bowmanville, in the Municipality of Clarington;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of
Clarington hereby enacts as follows:
1. Brian Webster is hereby appointed as a Parking Enforcement Officer for
the sole purpose of enforcing the Traffic By-law of the Municipality of
Clarington on the properties located at 83,87 and 91 Aspen Springs Drive
Bowmanville, in the Municipality of Clarington_
2. This by-law shall come into full force and effect immediately on the day of
final passing by Council.
By-law read a first and second time this31 day of May 2004.
By-law read a third time and finally passed this 31 day of May 2004.
