NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Clarington hereby enacts as follows: 1. THAT the Streets, Blocks, and Parts shown on the following plans, and listed below in this section, all being in the Municipality of Clarington, in the Regional Municipality of Durham, are hereby accepted by the Corporation of the Municipality of Clarington as public highways, and assumed by the said Corporation for public use: High Street on Plan 40M-1886 Meadowview Boulevard on Plan 40M-1886 Hogan Crescent on Plan 40M-1886 Blocks 21 and 22 on Plan 40M-1886 Parts 2,3,6, and 7 on Plan 40R-17071 Parts 2 and 3 on Plan 10R-2075 BY-LAW read a first and second time this 10lh day of May, 2004.
