NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Clarington hereby enacts as follows: 1. THAT the Blocks and Parts shown on the following plans, and listed below in this section, being in the Municipality of Clarington, in the Regional Municipality of Durham, are hereby established, laid out, and dedicated by the Corporation of the Municipality of Clarington as public highways: Blocks 21 and 22 on Plan 40M-1886 Parts 2,3,6, and 7 on Plan 40R-17071 Parts 2 and 3 on Plan 10R-2075 BY-LAW read a first and second time this 10th day of May, 2004.
