CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON
BY-LAW NUMBER 2004- 230
being a By-law to amend By-law 2004-025, being a by-law to appoint Members
to the Clarington Library Board
WHEREAS the Council of the Municipality of Clarington passed By-law 2004-025
appointment members to the Clarington Public Library Board;
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Municipality of Clarington has received a resignation
from one of the members of the Clarington Public Library Board;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT, the Council of the Corporation of the
Municipality of Clarington enacts as follows:
1, That By-law 2004-025 is amended in section 1, by deleting the name "Dianne
McKenzie" and replacing it with the name "Councillor Jim Schell",
BY-LAW read a first time this 25th day of October 2004
BY-LAW read a second time this 25th day of October 2004
BY-LAW read a third time and finally passed this 25th day of October 2004
