CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON
BY-LAW NUMBER 2004- 229
being a By-law to amend By-law 2003-188, being a by-law to establish the
composition of the Clarington Public Library Board
WHEREAS the Council of the Municipality of Clarington passed By-law 2003-188
establishing the composition of the Clarington Public Library Board;
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Municipality of Clarington now deems it desirable to
amend the composition of the Clarington Public Library Board;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT, the Council of the Corporation of the
Municipality of Clarington enacts as follows:
1, That By-law 2003-188 is amended in section 2, by deleting the words "two (2)"
and replacing them with the words "three (3)",
2, That By-law 2003-188 is amended in Section 3 by deleting the words "seven (7)"
and replacing them with the words "six (6)",
BY-LAW read a first time this 25th day of October 2004
BY-LAW read a second time this 25th day of October 2004
BY-LAW read a third time and finally passed this 25th day of October 2004
