CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON
BY-LAW NUMBER 2004- 228
being a By-law to authorize the purchase agreement between the Corporation of
the Municipality of Clarington and Julie Amanda Johnston and Jeffrey Scott
Johnston, in respect to the purchase of 62 East Beach Road, Smart Plan
H50073, Part 3, 1 OR-1734, Part Lot 9, Broken Front Concession, Municipality of
Clarington and to repeal By-law 2004-219
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT, the Council of the Corporation of the
Municipality of Clarington enacts as follows:
1 , That the Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute, on behalf of the
Corporation of the Municipality of Clarington, with the Corporate Seal, a purchase
agreement between Julie Amanda Johnston and Jeffrey Scott Johnston and said
Corporation,
2, That the map attached hereto shall form part of this By-law,
3, That By-law 2004-219 is hereby repealed,
BY-LAW read a first time this 25th day of October 2004
BY-LAW read a second time this 25th day of October 2004
BY-LAW read a third time and finally passed this 25th day of October 2004
