THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON
BY-LAW 2004- 204
being a By-law to authorize the transfer of lands from Schickedanz Bros. Limited to the
Corporation of the Municipality of Clarington, for nominal consideration, the lands more
particularly described as Part 3 on Plan 40R-19115, Part lots 23 and 24, Plan H-50077,
Bradshaw Street, Part Lot 9, Concession 2, former Town of Bowmanville, Municipality
of Clarington
WHEREAS, the Municipal Act states that the Council of every corporation may pass by-laws
for acquiring or expropriating any land required for the purposes of the Corporation;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT, the Council of the Corporation of the
Municipality of Clarington enacts as follows:
1. That the Municipality is hereby authorized to accept the transfer, for nominal
consideration, of the lands more particularly described as Part 3 on Plan 40R-19115,
Part lots 23 and 24, Plan H-50077, Bradshaw Street, Part Lot 9, Concession 2, former
Town of Bowmanville, Municipality of Clarington, from Schickedanz Bros. Limited to the
Municipality of Clarington.
