THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON
BY-LAW 2004-185
Being a by-law to authorize the execution of a Contract for
Professional Services with Urban Strategies Ltd., Gartner
Lee Ltd., The Delphi Group and Totten Sims Hubicki Ltd.
WHEREAS at a meeting held on June 28, 2004, the Council of
the Municipality of Clarington adopted the recommendations
contained in Report PSD-089-04;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT ENACTED:
1. THAT the Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to
execute, on behalf of the Corporation of the
Municipality of Clarington and seal with the
Corporation's seal, a Contract with Urban Strategies
Ltd., Gartner Lee Ltd., The Delphi Group and Totten
Sims Hubicki Ltd. for professional services to
undertake the South Court ice Business Park Study; and
2. THAT Schedule "A" attached hereto forms part of this
by-law.
By-law read a first and second time this 28th day of June
2004.
By-law read a third time and finally passed this 28th day
of June, 2004.
