THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON
BY-LAW NUMBER 2004- 073
being a by-law to authorize the authorize a Purchase Agreement between
the Corporation of the Municipality of Clarington and Edgar Brookings, in
respect to the purchase of Plan 150, Lot 5, Part lot 4,6 now RP 10R-1798,
Part 2,3 Clarington
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Council of the Corporation of the
Municipality of Clarington enacts as follows:
1. That the Mayor and the Municipal Clerk be hereby authorized to execute, on
behalf of the Municipality of Clarington, with the Corporate Seal, purchase
agreement between Edward Brookings and said Corporation.
