THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON
BY-LAW 2004- 065
Being a By-law to amend By-law 77-33, as amended, a
by-law to appoint Members to the Board of Management
for the Bowmanville Central Business Improvement Area,
and to repeal By-laws 95-60 and 95-131 .
WHEREAS THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON considers
it desirable to amend By-law 77-33, as amended;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY
OF CLARINGTON HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1 . THAT the following persons be appointed to the Board of
Management for the Bowmanville Central Business Improvement
Area for a term concurrent with the term of the appointing Council
or until a successor is appointed:
Lori Allin, Cactus Clothing Co.
Justin Barry, Justin Barry Optical
Angela Becz, CBS Group Inc.
Ron Hooper, Hooper's Jewellers Ltd,
William Huether, James Insurance Brokers Ltd.
Edgar Lucas, Intowne Gallery
Brian Purdy, James Publishing Co, Ltd,
2. THAT By-laws 95-60 and 95-131 are hereby repealed.
BY-LAW read a first and second time this 22nd day of March 2004.
BY-LAW read a third time and finally passed this 22nd day of March 2004.
