BY-LAW NO. 2013-041
being a by-law to authorize the execution
of a front-ending agreement
with West Diamond Properties Inc.,
Green Martin Holdings Ltd.,
and Aspen Springs West Ltd.
The Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Clarington hereby enacts as
follows:
1. THAT the Mayor and the Municipal Clerk on behalf of the Municipality of
Clarington are authorized to execute the front-ending agreement referred to in
Report EGD-006-13 which affects the following lands:
Pt Lot 17 & 18, Con 1 (Darlington), Pt 1, Plan 10R-321 (save and
except Parts 1 & 2), Plan 40R-25758, Clarington
Pt Lot 17, Con 1 (Darlington), Pts 1, 2, 3 40R-22858, Clarington
By-law passed in open session this 15th day of April, 2013.
