THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON
BY-LAW NUMBER 2003-154
being a by-law to authorize the execution on behalf of the Municipality
of Clarington of a Severance Agreement under Section 53 of the
Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, c.P.13, as amended, with 672003 Ontario
Ltd. and the Kawartha Pine Ridge District School Board respecting
certain lands including the proposed new Bowmanville Secondary
School Site
WHEREAS at its meeting on October 20, 2003 Council approved the recommendations
contained in Report #EGD-41-03,
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Municipality ofClarington
hereby enacts as follows:
1. The Mayor and the Municipal Clerk are authorized on behalf of the Municipality
ofClarington to execute a Severance Agreement substantially in the form of the
Severance Agreement referred to in Report #EGD-41-03 between the
Municipality, 672003 Ontario Ltd. and the Kawartha Pine Ridge District School
Board.
