• Ten confirmed Floats—we are down this year
• Advertise—will address this issue in New Year. Think about some ways we can
accommodate this. Meeting will be set up in January 2013 to discuss
KATHY MCLAUCHLIN — Publicity
• Nothing to Report at this time
TRACEY BAYLEY-BUCKLE— Make Up
• Signs are here
• Will pick up 51$t sign from James Publishing
• Firehall is booked
• Has 5 volunteers for Parade Day
• Not need to purchase makeup this year
JEN ASHBY— Bands
• Nine band booked and confirmed with Beyond the Sun we will have ten
• Jen has a student helper this year

ROBIN LACEY— Buttons, Costumes
• Buttons will be shipped on November 14t'. Robin should have by November 15t�`
• Costumes—waiting to hear back
• Another costume pick up scheduled for Sunday November 11 @ 12:00 p.m.
ROGER LETOOZEIBILL HEATHCOTE --Judging/Posters/Rogers Cable/Buttons and
Button boxes
• Ted from Legion has 29 peoplel to sell buttons
• No store posters this year
• Rogers — Roger has asked Rogers if Parade announcers can tape facing parade and not
with their back to them
• Programs--Terry] will pick up on Friday before Parade
• Bob's Towing will be participating again
