• Two entries so far
KATHY MCLAUGHLIN -- Publicity
• Heard back from Mayor and he will be in the parade.
• Dropped off Entry form for the Municipality
• Roger Anderson will not be attending
• Kevin Anyan will be our Announcer
TRACEY BAYLEY-BUCKLE —Make Up
a All Occasion sign is ago and they would like.a cheque for$429.40 before the
signs go to print.
® Old Firehall will open at 8:00 a.m. on day of parade
JEN ASHBY— Bands

• Eleven bands are booked
• Website is fixed working on to make more festive .
ROBIN LACEY— Buttons, Costumes
• Robin and Graydon have rented a soured system from Long and McQuade for
parade day. There will be two speakers on float and Santa will have a head piece
• Road sign is quite expensive around $1,600.00 maybe look at next year
• Robin has found a seamstress to sew our costumes and we will have 6 new Elf
Costumes this year
• Will be putting 8 on Committee Float
• Buttons—still waiting for Art work.
ROGER LETOOZE—Judging/Posters/Rogers Cable/Buttons and Button boxes
• Form has been signed with Quarry Lakes
• Button Boxes to Legion November 15th
ALLISON DART -Treasurer
• Has $3,600.00 in donations so far
