THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON
BY-LAW NO. 2003-137
being a by-law to authorize an agreement between the C Corporation of
the Municipality of Clarington and Her Majesty the Queen in right of Ontario
as presented by the Minister of Natural Resources, for the purposes of the
GeoSmart programme, $500,000 in funding to facilitate the development of
Geographic Information Systems (GIS)
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Council of the Corporation of the
Municipality of Clarington enacts as follows:
1. That the Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized, on behalf of the Corporation
of the Municipality of Clarington and seal with the Corporation seal an
agreement between Her Majesty the Queen in right of Ontario as presented by
the Minister of Natural Resources and the Corporation of the Municipality of
Clarington.
