Has plaster for Nigh Schools
® Article writ to Clarington Promoter
® Has a cheque from Beer Oda
Councillors would like to walk in Parade this year.
Village Inn has been booked for Wrap Up meeting December 6 at 6930 p.m.

100 plastic bag signs have been ordered, will check with Municipality on where these
can be put up
Dawn will help with Float
Make up is on track with volunteers
Firehall will be open for 8;00 a.m.
JEN ASH BY— Bands
Has twelve bands confirmed already
Durham Regional Police pipe band will be in Parade this year
ROBIN LACE" —Buttons, Costumes
Seamstress has not been in contact with Robin
Purchased four Elf costumes
Buttons will be in by next meeting
Float sign, there is not enough pixels to print, school will try again to reprint.
0 Ted Walton will be invited to the next meeting
0 Graydon will get together with Santa for microphone to check to make sure it works
properly
Sunday November 6, starting at 10:00 a.m. work on float.

Canhost is back up and running
Quarry Lakes—will provide 2 golf carts and gator
Bobs Towing is good to go
