Ontario Realty Corporation Lease Agreement
Recommendations:
It is respectfully recommended that the General Purpose and Administration Committee
recommend to Council the following:
1. THAT Report COD-024-05 be received;
2. THAT the Lease agreement (Schedule "A") with the Ontario Realty Corporation in the
amount of $9,000.00 per annum for a one (1) year term be approved; and
3. THAT the attached By-law marked Schedule "B" be approved authorizing the Mayor and
the Clerk to execute the necessary agreement.
