SAN'T'A CLAUS PARADE -- MINUTES OF MEETING
September 27, 2011

Previous Minutes from September 93, 20 19 were accepted with one change

• Ron Thompson will be Santa this year
• Poster--new poster is ready for pick up
• Terryl will be doing Float and Fillers this year and Debbie will show her how it is
completed.
• New Fax number 906-697-8760
• Will contact Jonathan the Webmaster, he is very busy
KATHY MCLAUGHLIN — Publicity
• Donations letters will be out in the mail by next meeting
• Ads for Help Wanted, Floats and Fillers, and Costume pick up will be in paper
• Received material from Museum
•' Charles at Museum has all the buttons, and has agreed to talk to paper
TRACEY BAYLEY-BUCKLE — Make Up
• Is ok with make up this year
• Already has some volunteers to help on parade day with makeup
• Road Sign —for 50 is will cost$473.00 and 100 $820.00
• A frame sign is now 24 x 36 and the Municipality is stating it can only be 18 x 24
• Looking at prices for plastic bag signs
ALLISON DART—Treasurer
• Still waiting to hear from Marie
JEN ASHBY-- Bands
• Eight bands are confirmed
• Waiting to hear from Toronto Signals
ROBIN LACEY-- Buttons, Costumes
• Has left a message with Costume designer for Elf costume
• Posters —60 have been ordered
• Graydon will be pulling float
ROGER LETOOZE—Judging/Posters/Rogers Cable/Buttons and Button boxes
• Absent from meeting
