SANTA CLAUS PARADE -- MINUTES OF MEETING
September 13, 2011
Start Time: 7:00 p.m. End Time: 8:30 p.m.

• We need to push to get more people. Make up an ad for the paper looking for
volunteers
KATHY MCLAUGHLIN — Publicity
• All permits have been submitted and approved by the Town
• Getting ready to send out Donation Letters
• Flyer for Schools — Costume pick up will be November 6 and will be in paper October 27.
• Clarington Promoter—there will be an article in this regarding parade
• Will send out notifications to schools
TRACEY BAYLEY-BUCKLE — Make Up
• Nothing to report at this time
JEN ASHBY— Bands
e Has five bands confirmed already
ROBIN LACEY— Buttons, Costumes
i Will order 5,000 buttons
e Graydon to pull float
® Order Fluoresant bulbs for warehouse
e Two side glove— 60 X 60 inch round with button Logo will be ordered for $195.55 for two
. No New costumes this year.
